Mark E. Osborne

Mr. Osborne is the managing partner of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP located in Austin, Texas.  He is a trust and estate lawyer focusing his practice on estate planning, asset protection, and international cross-border planning.  He is an ACTEC fellow, an Academician of the International Academy, a Board Member of STEP Texas, an Officer of the Individual Tax Private Client Committee of the International Bar Association, and the founding Editor of the Committee’s International Estate Planning Guide.  Mr. Osborne is an author and frequent lecturer on asset protection issues, foreign tax compliance, international inheritance, succession and property rights, and related cross-border topics.
