Mark R. Sonders

Mr. Sonders has been practicing law for more than 50 years. Currently, he is principally focused on alternate dispute resolution in the areas of personal injury, contracts, and property insurance litigation. Mr. Sonders is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals and The New York Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators and is a founding partner of of the mediatiorbitration company, Litigation Resolution Services, LLC.  He served as the third department chair of the Committee on Character and Fitness by the Supreme Court, Appellate Division Third Judicial Department and is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.
