Mark Swatik is currently a sole proprietor of the Law Offices of Mark E. Swatik, APC in Torrance, California. Mr. Swatik is a Board-Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law under the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, which is a distinction held by less than 1% of California attorneys. Mr. Swatik was voted “Best Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Attorney” in the South Bay’s Best of the Beach Awards and the Daily Breeze Readers' Choice Awards "Best Living Trust Attorney" and was honored to receive these recognitions from our community. Mr. Swatik honorably retired from law enforcement in 2013 to dedicate all of his efforts and time to his law practice. Mr. Swatik also earned an MBA and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.Mr. Swatik has been active in animal rescue and has also been an active martial arts practitioner his entire life, having earned black belts in four separate disciplines, including being among the group of the first Americans in the United States to earn a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
