Mary Jo Gilsdorf

Mary Jo Gilsdorf has been focusing her practice on Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Construction Industry for over ten years since 2014.  She has conducted over 133 successful mediations and served pm over 200 arbitrations, mostly involving construction matters.  Her in-depth, hands-on experience in the construction industry built a foundation of knowledge upon which she bases her ADR practice.After gaining years of experience at a prominent litigation and environmental law practice in her area, Ms. Gilsdorf worked for a regional construction management firm, where she has handled a variety of cases involving contract administration, field supervision and safety, project management, estimates and more. She then worked as a cost engineer for a large construction management company and became the company's in-house counsel, handling all aspects of contracts, claims, due diligence, third-party insurance claims and other matters.
