Matthew Douglas Stewart

Matthew D. Stewart is a litigator that plays to win.  He focuses his practice primarily on complex civil litigation, such as insurance litigation, personal injury litigation, catastrophic injury litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.  In addition to defending clients in the Buckeye state, Matt has been retained by clients to serve as national counsel in high-stakes litigation in the most challenging venues across the United States of America.  Indeed, Matt has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of a lawsuit.Matt graduated from The Ohio State University, where his name was often found on the Dean's List.  He later graduated among the top of his class with acum laudedistinction from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.  Matt also graduated from law school with other academic distinctions, such as: CALI Excellence for the Future Award, Dean’s List, Pro Bono Legal Honors, and Dean’s Excellence Award.  To cap off his academic accomplishments, Matt passed the Ohio bar examination with a writing score in the top 98% of all exam takers.Deep to his core, Matt is a litigator.  He truly enjoys zealously representing clients and helping them navigate through the darkest and most challenging days of their lives.
