Matthew McMullen

He served on the law school’s Elder Law Practice Group in the Spring of 2012. Prior to joining the present firm, he worked at a plaintiff-oriented catastrophic injury boutique firm and a national plaintiff’s injury firm. In his first trial, the jury returned a verdict about three times higher than the last offer from the insurance company.Dedicated to advocating in and out of court for the rights of those injured in car accidents, amusement park ride defects, product design defects, falls, assaults and civil rights violations, Mr. McMullen has always proven himself as a knowledgeable ally to his clients as they navigate their way through their case.
