Maureen McCutchen

Ms. McCutchen is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law.  She focuses on representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, proponents and contestants in probate and trust administration and litigation, will contests, will and trust interpretation, accounting and administration of estates, prosecution and defense of fiduciary claims, guardianship proceedings and other contested probate matters.  Additionally, she focuses on the preparation of estate planning documents and is a certified mediator.  She is a partner in Mills Shirley L.L.P., a past President of the Galveston County Bar Association, past President of the Galveston Island Humane Society and a current member of the Board of Directors, a past member of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Texas and a past member of the executive committee, a past President of the Rotary Club of Galveston Island, and a past director of several other non-profit associations.
