Michael A. Pancier

Michael A. Pancier is the principal attorney at Pancier Law, located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Focusing his practice on labor and employment law, he provides representation to both companies and employees throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Mr. Pancier has extensive experience in a variety of related matters, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, workplace discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, sexual harassment and whistleblower retaliation.Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Pancier regularly advises employers on compliance with these federal laws, and he reviews and prepares employment agreements and employee manuals. Some of his notable courtroom victories include his successful representation of employers in cases dealing with the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act involving managerial and motor carrier exemptions.
