Michael B. Germain

Michael Germain represents individuals and businesses against insurance companies throughout the state of Florida.  After representing insurance companies for almost a decade, Mr. Germain now exclusively represents policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including first-party and third-party claims.  Mr. Germain earned his B.S. in Business Adminstration with special attainments in commerce from Washington & Lee University and graduatedcum laudefrom Stetson University School of Law, where he was a member of its nationally recognized trial team and Advocacy Board Executive Commitee.  Mr. Germain was previously selected by Florida SuperLawyers as a "SuperLawyer" in the field of insurance coverage litigation for 2013, 2014, and 2015.  In 2015, he was also selected as a "Best Attorney" by Rue Ratings' Best Attorneys of America.
