He uses his prior experience as a senior prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney's Office to negotiate on behalf of his clients. Mr. Cibella's successes include hundreds of cases that have ended with non-jail dispositions, no criminal findings or dismissal of charges.Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, Mr. Cibella is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
