I have been in practice since 1982. My Estate Planning Practice includes custom wills, revocable trusts, special needs trust, advance healthcare directives, durable power of attorneys and amendments of wills and trusts.  Probate Administration involves filing Probates in Court and seeing them through to completion.  Trust Administration involves guiding successor trustees through the process of informal administration and representing them in probate court proceedings.I have served as a Mediator for over 20 years and also represent parties in mediation.
