Molly Dear Abshire

Molly Dear Abshire has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1993, and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate Law. She is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.  She received a J.D. from South Texas College of Law and her B.A. in English from Texas A&M University in 1989.Ms. Abshire is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has served on the Board of the Texas Chapter of NAELA.  She was namedLawyer of the Year by Texas' Best Lawyersin 2012, and is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.Ms. Abshire co-authors a column in the Houston Chronicle called Elder Law Notes and is a regular speaker on Elder Law topics.She co-authoredSave My Home!
