Neal Prevost

Licensed to practice in Texas since 1993, Neal Prevost is an esteemed and well-seasoned attorney practicing in the field of family law. A founding partner of Prevost Law Firm, which is headquartered in Frisco, Texas, he is well-known in the fields of family law, commercial law and mediation.In almost 30 years of practice, Mr. Prevost has managed more than a thousand cases, involving custody disputes and property disputes. He completed his bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurial studies from Baylor University in 1982. He obtained his J.D. in 1993 from the Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Herbert Law Center, where he was selected as a member of the Louisiana Law Review.Before joining the law school, Mr. Prevost was actively involved in the brokerage of insurance, investments and commercial real estate. After graduating as a lawyer and getting admitted by the State Bar of Texas, he served as an intern for the Honorable Judge A. Joe Fish at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.Decades of experience have molded Mr. Prevost as a compassionate and considerate attorney and honed his skills to proficiently handle complex contested divorces and their allied disputes of child custody, spousal support and division of property.
