Nicolas Bagley

Attorney Nicolas Bagley is the founder of The Bagley Firm, P.C., in the Bronx in New York, New York. Mr. Bagley focuses his practice on civil rights violations, medical malpractice and personal injury, serving clients throughout New York.Mr. Bagley holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He has been licensed to practice law since 2008 and is admitted in all New York state courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.Following law school, Mr. Bagley practiced medical malpractice defense for a private insurance firm. He founded his solo practice in 2012. Over the course of his career, he has recovered substantial settlements and verdicts for his clients, resulting in a lifetime inclusion in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.Mr. Bagley has achieved additional recognition from The National Trial Lawyers. The prominent organization named him a “Top 40 Under 40” trial attorney and one of the “Top 100 Trial Attorneys.”Active in the legal community, Mr. Bagley maintains membership in organizations, including the Bronx County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
