Nicolas Daleo

A solo practitioner, Nicolas Daleo is the founder of The Law Office of Nicolas Daleo, P.C. His firm is located in Hauppauge, New York, and he represents people and businesses throughout Suffolk and Nassau counties in a variety of matters. Mr. Daleo became admitted to practice before all New York state courts in 2019.Mr. Daleo majored in sports administration at the University of Miami and received a bachelor's degree in education in 2013. After he graduated, he served as a compliance coordinator for athletic programs at The Ohio State University before deciding that he wanted to pursue a legal education. Mr. Daleo then enrolled at the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and after a year there, he transferred to St. John’s University School of Law. While he was there, he served on the St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law and the New York International Law Review, and he interned with the Suffolk County Supreme Court and a family law firm before receiving his Juris Doctor in 2018.Mr. Daleo’s practice encompasses family law, real estate transactions and business matters. Most of his family law clients are people who are going through a divorce, and he works with them to find resolutions to the issues of property division, parenting time, alimony, and child support. He has also prepared and reviewed prenuptial and post-marital agreements.
