Prior to founding Peak Legal, Ms. Majd Kurland accumulated significant experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as complex high-asset family law  during her tenure as an associate attorney at esteemed law firms in Miami.Ms. Majd Kurland firmly champions peaceful solutions to her clients' family matters. She prioritizes honesty and effective dialogue with her clientele. She has a demonstrable history of successful outcomes throughout Miami and Broward counties, advocating fiercely for her clients while highlighting that reducing litigation ultimately aids in finding a resolution. Notably, she has provided legal support for numerous high-profile clients, including professional athletes and television personalities.Ms. Majd Kurland graduated from the University of Louisville in 2013, earning her bachelor’s degree in political science and government. She achieved her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2016, graduating Cum Laude. During her legal studies, she gained a position on the Moot Court Board through selection by top performance. In this role, she led her team in many nationwide constitutional and adoption law contests. Ms. Majd Kurland supports the Children’s Law Centre as a volunteer, defending children's rights. She also provides voluntary support at shelters for those affected by domestic abuse and their families.
