Patricia D. Clark

As the founder of the Law & Mediation Office of Patricia Clark, Patricia D. Clark focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters. Based in Roseville, California, she represents clients throughout Placer County and other parts of the greater Sacramento metropolitan area.Ms. Clark has been certified as a specialist in family law by the Board of Legal Specialization of The State Bar of California, and she has been admitted to practice in California since 2006.Most of Ms. Clark’s client base is comprised of people whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus facing such divorce-related issues as child custody and visitation, the division of complex marital assets and debts, and spousal and child support. As the name of her firm suggests, she is often able to help her clients come to an accord on these matters through the use of the alternative dispute resolution method of mediation, but when the sessions prove to be unproductive and litigation becomes necessary, she is a forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf. She went on to pursue her legal education at Southwestern Law School, and she served on the Southwestern Law Review before obtaining her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2002.
