He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas; and several U.S. District Courts for the Districts in Washington, D.C., Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Alabama, New Mexico and Arizona.Mr. Linder is highly respected by his peers and has been elected for various leadership positions in the legal community, including Chairman of the Dallas Area Committee for Lawyer Discipline for three years and president of the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
