Randall R. Wilson is a partner with Sinclair, Wilson, Baldo & Chamberlain, Attorneys at Law, which has offices in Roseville and Auburn, California. Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bars of California and Nevada, holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certificated Public Accountant (inactive).Mr. Wilson has more than 40 years of legal experience. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in the Sacramento area by Sacramento Magazine.Mr. Wilson focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation. Mr. Wilson also provides counsel to business owners, including succession planning.
