Raul Sandoval

At Sandoval Law Firm, Raul Sandoval is the sole practitioner and is board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Mr. Sandoval handles matters of family law such as divorce, child custody and child support. He represents people in Austin, Texas, and the surrounding areas and takes great care and pride in helping families get through a financially and emotionally taxing time in their lives. Experienced in many aspects of family law, including domestic violence, protective orders, complex property and business divisions, and cases involving children from more than one family, Mr. Sandoval is prepared to protect the rights of any client through the entire legal process.Admitted to practice in the state of Texas since 2010, Mr. Sandoval’s practice focus extends to modifications and enforcements, suits affecting the parent-child relationship (SAPCR), and pre- and postnuptial agreements. He is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, Texas Family Law Section, Travis County Family Law Advocates, and Austin Bar Association.The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys named Mr. Sandoval as one of the 10 Best Attorneys for client satisfaction in 2015 and 2016, and he completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2014. He has taught seminars and classes on evidence-based practices, social media and pretrial tips, and how to work with parties with mental illness and issues of substance abuse.In 2007, Mr. Sandoval graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was executive managing editor of the Administrative Law Journal and obtained a Juris Doctor in 2010. Since then, he has been gaining experience representing families as they determine what they want for their future after divorce.
