Raymond Babaian

Working out of the Ontario office of Valiant Law in California, Raymond Babaian has honed his legal acumen through more than 10 years of comprehensive involvement in complex litigation. With a focus on employment law in the Riverside-San Bernardino metropolitan areas, he has also handled a broad spectrum of legal matters, including general liability, class action, construction, products and general business litigation. His approach encompasses all phases of the legal process, from initial case evaluation through trial and appeal.Additionally, Mr. Babaian has crafted numerous employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures, agreements, and general business contracts. These documents are meticulously designed to safeguard his clients' interests and, when necessary, allocate risk to the appropriate parties.Throughout his career, Mr. Babaian has also dedicated time to sharing his knowledge and experiences. He was schooled in law at the University of California – Hastings College of Law.
