Regina Jurczak

Regina Jurczak is a Trial Attorney at Blair & Ramirez LLP. Ms. Jurczak has dedicated her practice to fighting for the injured and wrongfully terminated. Whether it be serious car accidents, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation or slip and fall, Ms. Jurczak is passionate about helping those who cannot fight for themselves. Throughout her career, Ms. Jurczak has recovered millions in compensation for her clients in a wide variety of employment law and personal injury cases. Ms. Jurczak has taken numerous cases to trial in both state and federal court. In 2020, Ms. Jurczak obtained a $26 million verdict for her clients in a Federal Lawsuit against the United States, where the Plaintiff rear-ended a Military Tank.  Ms. Jurczak has also been nominated as a Rising Start by Super Lawyers.Ms. Jurczak is a graduate of Long Island University, C.W. Post and John F. Kennedy Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. In addition to practicing before all of California’s state courts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District, Northern District, Southern District and Eastern District of California. Ms. Jurczak is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Italian American Lawyers Association and the Women’s Lawyers Association.
