The founder and principal attorney at his eponymous law firm, Richard W. Osborne is a board-certified specialist in workers’ compensation law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization & Education. Admitted to practice in Florida in 1981, he focuses his practice on personal injury, Social Security Disability and workers’ compensation.Basing his practice in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Osborne provides special attention to longshore or shipyard operations injuries or civilian contractors injured in the U.S. bases.
