Rob Melchiorre began his practice in Ohio before moving to Florida to become a prosecutor. During his time as a prosecutor he had numerous jury trial ranging from misdemeanor offenses to first degree murder. He left the prosecutor's office enter to private practice when he joined a firm as an associate. After a few years he worked his way up becoming a named partner.
