Also, he is admitted before all civil district courts in the states of Texas, Arizona, and Arkansas as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been focusing on real estate, mortgage banking, business and financial services litigation, and probate law since joining the firm in 2006.A seasoned business litigation attorney, Mr. Forster has served as a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Dallas Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA), the Texas Land Title Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association.Mr. Forster is a frequent speaker at continuing legal and title education programs on mortgage banking, title, probate and creditor's rights-related topics He has co-authored numerous articles and publications, including the “Texas State Bar’s Foreclosure Manual” (3rd Edition and 2017 Supplement), as well as the 26th Annual Advanced Real Estate Drafting Course for the State Bar of Texas, to name a few. In addition, he has participated in panels hosted by the American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN), Legal League 100 and TMBA.Having represented clients in challenging litigation cases, the United Trustee Association honored Mr. Forster with the Suzanne Kelly New Member of the Year Award in 2017. He later attended the Southern Methodist University and earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2004.
