Robert E. Haslam, Bob, is the founder of The Haslam Firm that is based in Fort Worth. Focusing his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, he provides representation to clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and the State of Texas. He has tried cases in more than 15 counties in Texas, and in California, New York, Oklahoma and Missouri. He has been certified as a specialist in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Haslam is admitted to practice in Texas and Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. His practice also encompasses assisting policyholders whose claims have been delayed or denied in bad faith by their insurance companies.
