Robert E. Valdez

Robert E. Valdez is one of the founding members of the San Antonio, Texas civil litigation firm, Valdez & Treviño, Attorneys at Law, P.C. Mr. Valdez focuses his practice on the defense of first and third party insurance cases. He has a particular expertise in the defense of “bad faith” insurance litigation.  Mr. Valdez likewise represents lawyers, doctors, and insurance professionals in malpractice as well as “bad faith” lawsuits.
