Robert J. Levine

Robert is a founding member of Corrigan, Baker & Levine, LLC. He practices primarily in the areas of business law and contracts, representing both large and small entities in a broad range of commercial matters. He has more than twenty-five years of experience counseling and advising clients regarding such issues as corporate formations, structuring and restructuring, debt financing, equity transactions, business sales and acquisitions, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and employment and severance agreements. Based on the breadth of his corporate practice and experience, Robert often serves in a “general counsel” capacity for his clients, overseeing all of their legal needs.Robert also has an extensive real estate practice including property sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development. He has represented both buyers and sellers regarding the transfer and development of large commercial properties.
