Working out of the St. Petersburg office of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, PA, in Florida, attorney Robert Kapusta Jr. has been licensed by The Florida Bar for almost four decades. Focusing his practice on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, tax and estate planning, and business and corporate law, he has experience working on complex and complicated legal matters.Obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in hotel administration from Cornell University, Mr. Kapusta completed his law degree in 1984 from the Stetson University College of Law. He went on to continue to pursue his interest in law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he secured a master’s degree in law with a concentration in taxation. In addition to his degrees, he is also a certified public accountant.Admitted to practice in all the Florida state courts, Mr. Kapusta has been recognized for his meritorious service throughout the years. He has been the recipient of the H. Bernice Lodge Lay Person of the Year Award by the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg and the “Heroes Among Us” title by the St. Petersburg Bar Foundation.
