Robert L. Henry

Robert L. Henry is the founder of Robert L. Henry Attorney at Law, P.C., in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr.  Henry practices civil litigation focusing primarily on personal injury law, representing clients in DFW and throughout Texas. Mr. Henry began his career as a general practitioner and opened his own practice in 2011. Mr.  Henry has handled cases involving serious personal injuries, complex business disputes, and other civil litigation matters. He has experience with various types of issues, including those involving catastrophic injuries, commercial vehicle accidents, premise liability, commercial litigation, and construction defect and breach of contract cases. Mr. Henry also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and Master of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Henry has received recognition for his accomplishments in the legal profession, including being recognized as "Rising Star" and "Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly and as “Top Attorney” multiple years in a row by Fort Worth magazine and 360 West Magazine.Active in the legal community, Mr. Henry served as the President of both the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association and the President of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. Mr. Henry currently serves on the board of directors of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association and served on the board of directors of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association from 2013 through 2020. He enjoys giving back to the Dallas-Fort Worth community and previously served on the Academic Chairs for Teaching Excellence selection committee for the Fort Worth Independent School District. He is also a former volunteer coordinator for Mary Louise Phillips Elementary School.
