A former named partner at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP, Rolf D. Kruger handled high asset divorces for residents in the greater Bay Area.  Due to his degree in Finance and Commerce, Mr. Kruger is especially comfortable with complex financial issues in the context of a family law matter, including business valuations, real estate, venture funding, equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPP), and cryptocurrencies. Mr. Kruger no longer handles custody or DV matters.Mr. Kruger previously practiced in Oregon, where he gained experience in an equitable distribution state, making him an empathetic and effective attorney.The State Bar of California’s Board of Governors appointed Mr. Kruger to the State Bar Family Law Advisory Commission, where he served for 5 years.
