As a partner at Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld, Russell R. Ghitterman provides dedicated legal representation to clients in the Central Coast (Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo) and the Central Valley (Bakersfield, Visalia, Fresno, Turlock, Lodi). He focuses his practice on workers’ compensation in a wide variety of occupations and circumstances, including farming, construction, law enforcement, car crashes, construction accidents, and repetitive stress injuries among others.  In addition, he has developed a significant practice handling Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund claims, with attorneys throughout the state referring these cases to him.Mr. Ghitterman completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.Since 1997, Mr. Ghitterman has dedicated himself to fighting for the rights of injured workers.
