Ryan Fowler

Ryan Fowler is an attorney at the law firm of Barrera & Associates, Attorneys, in Sherman Oaks, California. Mr. Fowler has over 19 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on employment law, representing clients in Sherman Oaks and throughout Los Angeles County in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge and other employment law matters.In addition to employment law, Mr. Fowler has experience with personal injury law and business and corporate litigation. He worked in various legal roles before joining Barrera & Associates, Attorneys, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.Mr. Fowler started his legal career representing injury victims at a civil litigation firm, later going on to represent employees in class action lawsuits involving wage and hour violations. He also served as an in-house counsel for a radiology company and has over a decade of experience as a solo practitioner, handling civil litigation cases and serving as general counsel to various businesses.Outside of his law practice, Mr. Fowler remains involved in his legal and professional communities through membership in different organizations. Since 2003, he has been an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and a member of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce since 2004.After graduating with honors from Saint Mary’s College of California with a bachelor’s degree in politics, Mr. Fowler received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He holds a license to practice law before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Along with being a licensed attorney, he is a licensed real estate broker through the California Department of Real Estate.
