Upon deciding to pursue his legal career, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1999.Mr. Dray is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
