Mr. Sarna practices criminal defense law, serving clients throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. He handles all types of criminal cases, including those involving crimes against property,drug crimes,DUI, juvenile crimes,sex crimes,violent crimes, and other misdemeanors and felonies.Prior to joining Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC, Mr. Sarna developed his trial skills by clerking at the Allegheny County Public Defender’s office and serving as associate counsel for the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel. These experiences provided Mr. Sarna with essential knowledge and insight into western Pennsylvania’s criminal court system, and he brings that knowledge and experience with him when he develops a defense strategy for every new client.Over the course of his career, Mr. Sarna has tried dozens of bench and jury trials. He is a committed and dedicated advocate for his clients and provides strong, aggressive representation.Outside of running his criminal defense practice, Mr. Sarna engages in his legal community. He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.Mr. Sarna received a bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, where he majored in marketing analysis and business management and minored in political science. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and obtained his license to practice law in 2010. He is qualified to appear before all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
