Samuel E. Cohen is a partner at Gross McGinley, LLP, which has offices in Allentown, Easton, and Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He also serves as co-chair of the firm's Litigation practice group. His clear and honest approach has allowed him to establish lasting relationships with his clients. He serves as a Lehigh County arbitrator and a Northampton County arbitrator.In his law practice, Mr. Cohen mostly handles cases involving business disputes, employment issues, and commercial litigation. In transactions, employment issues, product warranties, and zoning disputes, he helps individuals, small businesses, big organizations, and municipalities with innovative, efficient, and reasonably priced legal representation.Moreover, Mr. Cohen represents clients in many areas, including construction, banking, retail, media and publishing, real estate, insurance, and health care.
