Sandra C. Ritz

Sandra C. Ritz is the founding attorney of the Law Office of Sandra C. Ritz. She primarily assists the residents of Travis, Williamson and Hays counties, Texas, with their legal issues. Her practice encompasses many facets of criminal defense, including, DWI/DUI, BWI, assault, family violence, evading/resisting arrest, possession of marijuana or controlled substances, stalking, theft, Class C misdemeanors, illegal firearms, leaving the scene cases and probation revocations.Ms. Ritz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and communications from Texas A&I University – Kingsville. She pursued her interest in the legal field at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1993. While in law school, she honed her legal skills and bolstered her foundations through experiences as a student attorney at the Juvenile Public Defender’s Office and the Federal Public Defender’s Office.An active member of the Texas legal sphere, Ms. Ritz maintains memberships with many prestigious legal associations such as the Travis County Women Lawyers' Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin.
