Scott Frenkel

A partner at Frenkel & Frenkel, L.L.P., Scott Frenkel is a zealous, hardworking personal injury attorney who represents the injured in Dallas, Texas. While he has experience in a wide range of matters, he now focuses his practice on injuries related to catastrophic vehicle collisions, dangerous products, and pharmaceutical liability. Early in his career, he represented large corporations, hospitals, doctors, and insurance companies before determining that he loved helping those who were injured.Mr. Frenkel’s unique insight into personal injury cases has helped thousands of clients throughout his career. Admitted to practice in both Missouri and Texas, he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.In 1987, Mr. Frenkel graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and major in economics and finance. He then moved on to law school at the University of Missouri School of Law, where he graduated in 1990.A member of the American Association for Justice, Mr. Frenkel is also a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also passionate about volunteering within the community and supports the Children’s Medical Center Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Ronald McDonald House, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer.
