Managing partner at Silver Law Group, Scott L. These include the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.In 1993, Mr. Silver graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1996.
