With a flair for crafting contracts, she brings a wealth of experience to the table, having spent 14 years meticulously drafting and negotiating a wide array of agreements, including vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, HR agreements and policies, event agreements, sponsorship agreements, loan agreements, lease agreements, license agreements, NFT contracts, AR/VR exhibition agreements, tech agreements, DPAs, employment agreements, NDAs, terms of use and company formation documents.Ms. Craft is driven by her passion for supporting makers, crafters, builders and other vibrant creative entrepreneurs. Her guidance extends to advising companies on outsourcing and employment matters, intellectual property, branding, marketing laws, product development (both domestic and international), legal and regulatory compliance, AML/CFT and FTC regulations, data disclosure, social media content moderation laws, data privacy management and international trade.Beyond her legal career, Ms. Craft harbors a deep enthusiasm for real estate investment and education, particularly the concept of unschooling. She views this innovative approach as a means to unlock and empower the potential of future leaders through immersive, real-world experiences. As a mentor with the French Unschool Project, she helps children discover and shape their most authentic selves. Additionally, she founded Oceanside Coworking with Childcare, an inclusive workspace designed to support digital professionals with children in achieving greater productivity.Ms. Craft holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and Masters of Laws from Sciences Po and the University of the Sorbonne. She initially served as legal counsel for a cutting-edge real estate tech company before transitioning to tackle product liability cases. Now, she dedicates her practice to navigating the intricacies of commercial agreements.
