Shauna Fitzsimmons Sledge

Shauna’s practice focuses on assisting clients on a broad range of water and environmental legal issues, as well as public policy issues before the Texas Legislature. She represents landowners, businesses, industries, public and private water utilities, river authorities, cities, groundwater conservation districts, and other political subdivisions in matters involving regulation and planning, surface water and groundwater rights, water quality, water resource development and management strategies, real property transactions, environmental permitting, oil and gas, litigation, board governance, open government, and other local government issues. Shauna is also a registered lobbyist with an active practice at the Texas Capitol and state agencies.
