He then pursued his legal studies at Albany Law School, from where he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor in 1979. While in law school, Mr. Boyce was a member of the Justinian Honor Society and the Albany Law Review.Mr. Boyce is licensed to practice in the state of New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.
