Stanley B. Cheiken

Stanley B. Cheiken is a Philadelphia native and graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. Stanley began his career as a civil litigation attorney for a small trial firm that specialized in business torts and complex commercial litigation. Today, as the founder and principal of his own law firm, Stanley focuses on business and employment litigation, representing a clientele consisting of professionals, executives and small- to medium-sized businesses. Having practiced for more than 30 years, he has become highly experienced in handling jury and bench trials, injunction hearings, professional disciplinary matters and arbitrations.Stanley is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
