Stephen Pryor

As a founding partner of the firm Katz, Pryor & DiCuccio LLP, Stephen Pryor represents clients in areas of real estate, business/corporate and construction law. Mr. Pryor focuses on commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, and development of local and national multi-family, office, industrial, and retail properties. He represents developers, equity funds, construction companies and private investors.Mr. Pryor completed his bachelor’s degree (Real Estate Finance) at the University of South Carolina, followed by his juris doctorate from Capital University Law School. He has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2017 and is also authorized to appear in the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.In addition to belonging to the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association, Mr. Pryor is also an active participant in the Columbus Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
