Stuart N. House is a family law attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with over 30 years of experience. Mr. House is the owner of Stuart N. House, P.A., and handles cases involving complex, high net worth divorce, simple divorce, child custody, paternity, same sex family law, visitation and other issues. He serves clients in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Parkland and throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties, as well as within other venues throughout the state.Mr. House is a dedicated and strong advocate for his clients. Prior to founding Stuart N. House, P.A., he practiced at several private Florida law firms. He has always focused his practice on family law, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years.Outside of running his family law practice, Mr. House has served his legal community in various ways. He is Past-President of the North Broward Bar Association, and has previously served as vice chairman of the Florida Bar Seventeenth Circuit Grievance Committee, and as well as a member of the board of directors of the Broward County Bar Association. He is a member of The Florida Bar Family Law Section, and has served on various committees over the years.Mr. House received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. He earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He holds licenses to practice law before all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Trial Bar, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
