Susan Henner

Admitted to practice law in the state of New York, the founding attorney of Henner Law Group, PC, Susan Henner, has spent more than three decades of her life assisting clients worldwide with their immigration issues.  She works with clients all over the United States as well as residents of White Plains, New York.   Her practice handles all facets of immigration law, including visa petitions, green cards, deportation, business- and criminal-related immigration matters, work permits, permanent residence, and citizenship.  Ms. Henner is also well-versed in filing Special Immigrant Juvenile cases, U visas, Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, and VAWA cases.  She has filed O-1 petitions for Academy Award winners, famous musicians, professional athletes as well as others within the world of entertainment.Ms. Henner completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Albany, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1991. She pursued her interest in the legal field at the New York Law School (NYLS), receiving her Juris Doctor degree in 1994.Attorney Henner is also recognized for her active participation in the New York legal sphere. She maintains various memberships and leadership positions within prominent organizations such as the Westchester County Bar Association (former co-chair of the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee), the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Westchester Women's Bar Association, and the Business Council of Westchester.Ms. Henner has been inducted into many prestigious directories including the Global Directory of Who's Who (Top Lawyers), The Heritage Registry of Who's Who (Professionals and Executives), and Covington Who's Who.
