Thomas W. Dominick

Thomas W. Dominick has been helping clients in Riverside County and the San Bernardino, California, area for decades in estate planning, real estate, business, probate and many other legal matters. A partner at Fullerton Lemann Schaefer & Dominick, LLP, he is also chairman of the firm’s trusts and estates department.With a law degree obtained from the University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Dominick is admitted to practice in the California state court system and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, as well as the Central and Northern districts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has been certified by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.Mr. Dominick is a member of numerous professional organizations, such as the State Bar of California, the Hon. Joseph B. Campbell American Inn of Court and the San Bernardino County Bar Association, where he served as director from 2005 through2009 and president from 2009 to 2010.
