Tiffanie Benfer

Tiffanie C. Benfer represents clients in all areas of employment discrimination, including issues related to race, gender/sex, gender identity, national origin, pregnancy, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour matters under the FLSA and Pennsylvania State law. She also counsels both employees and employers on employment issues, severance agreements, non-solicitation, and non-compete agreements. Tiffanie has successfully brought and defended claims in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.Tiffanie is an active member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Section's Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, the National Employment Lawyers Association, NELA-EPa, and the Bucks County Bar Association. She has presented CLE programs on employment law, the discovery of electronically stored information, and the use of social media in employment litigation matters.Since 2020, Tiffanie has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Inc., involving employment law matters.
