Timothy S. Seiler

Since graduatingcum laudefrom Barry University School of Law, Mr. Seiler has focused his practice primarily on employment and civil rights litigation at Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C.  As a Partner of the firm, Mr. Seiler has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, obtaining countless high value settlements and serving as counsel in numerous trials and arbitrations. In addition to state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Seiler is licensed to practice in the federal courts of the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
