Tom J. Manos

Tom J. Manos is a highly regarded civil trial attorney and the managing partner at Manos Schenk. His firm is based on Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida, and he represents people and companies throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and other parts of the state. Mr. Manos is admitted to practice in Florida as well as before several federal trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States.Mr. Manos has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex civil matters, representing both defendants and plaintiffs. His cases have included intellectual property disputes, bad faith and other types of insurance coverage issues, workplace discrimination and other employment law claims, defamation, unfair competition, disputes between partners, allegations of contract breaches, construction law, collections, entertainment and sports, foreclosures, and real estate.
